LUNES:

Guiso de pollo con verduras y fideos

  • Pechuga de pollo desmenuzada o en trozos
  • Chayote en cubos
  • Zanahoria en rodajas
  • Fideos integrales o del tipo sopa

Preparación sugerida: Hervir todos los ingredientes juntos en caldo sazonado, ideal para una sopa ligera y reconfortante.


MARTES:

Pasta cremosa de almeja con vegetales

  • Pasta corta (penne o coditos)
  • Almejas enlatadas o frescas
  • Jitomate picado
  • Zanahoria en cubitos
  • Chícharos (pueden ser congelados)

Preparación sugerida: Saltear los vegetales, añadir las almejas y mezclar con la pasta ya cocida. Agrega un toque de crema ligera si lo deseas.


MIÉRCOLES:

Sopa de pasta con pollo y cilantro fresco

  • Pollo cocido y deshebrado
  • Jitomate (puede licuarse para dar color al caldo)
  • Cilantro fresco picado
  • Pasta para sopa (letras, estrellitas, coditos)

Preparación sugerida: Sofríe jitomate con ajo y cebolla, agrega el pollo y la pasta. Cubre con agua, cocina, y al final añade el cilantro.


JUEVES:

Salteado de pollo con vegetales verdes

  • Tiras de pechuga de pollo
  • Brócoli en floretes
  • Calabacita en medias lunas
  • Espinacas frescas
  • Zanahoria rallada o en tiras

Preparación sugerida: Saltear todos los ingredientes en aceite de oliva con ajo y un poco de salsa de soya o especias al gusto.


VIERNES:

Sopa de alubias con acelgas y vegetales

  • Alubias blancas cocidas
  • Apio picado
  • Jitomate
  • Acelga en tiras
  • Zanahoria en cubos

Preparación sugerida: En una olla, sofreír jitomate y apio, añadir las alubias, agua y zanahoria. Cocinar hasta que todo esté tierno. Agregar las acelgas al final.
