Cuando el hígado se encuentra sobrecargado de grasa, nuestro cuerpo comienza a manifestar síntomas como fatiga, digestión lenta e inflamación abdominal. Este jugo natural, elaborado con frutas y cúrcuma, es una excelente opción para apoyar la función hepática de forma natural.
✅ Ingredientes (1 porción):
- 1 taza de piña natural en cubos (aproximadamente 150 g)
- 1 taza de papaya madura en cubos (150 g aprox.)
- 1 vaso de agua natural (200 ml)
- ½ cucharadita de cúrcuma en polvo (o un pequeño trozo de cúrcuma fresca de 2-3 cm)
- 1 cucharada de jugo de limón fresco (opcional, pero recomendable por su vitamina C)
🥤 Instrucciones:
- Prepara las frutas: Asegúrate de usar piña y papaya frescas, maduras y bien lavadas. Corta en cubos y retira semillas si es necesario.
- Licúa todo junto: Coloca en la licuadora la piña, la papaya, el agua, la cúrcuma y el jugo de limón (si decides usarlo).
- Licúa bien hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos.
- Sirve y disfruta: Puedes beberlo tal cual, con pulpa, o pasarlo por un colador si prefieres una textura más líquida.
- Tómalo en ayunas o a media mañana, al menos 3-4 veces por semana para mejores resultados.
