RECETA MEXICANA DE ADOBO DE PUERCO

Ingredientes:

-6 Chiles Guajillos limpios y desvenados.
4 chiles anchos desvenados, sin semillas y asados en un comal grueso y remojados después, en agua caliente
-3 dientes de ajo pelados
-1 Kg de carne de puerco cortada en cubitos
-1 hoja de laurel
-Media cucharadita o una pizca de comino molido
-1 cucharadita de orégano seco
-Sal y pimiento al gusto.

Preparación

1. Coloca los chiles guajillos en una olla mediana y cúbrelos con agua. Cocine por 15 minutes a fuego medio y que los chiles estén suaves.
2.Mientras los chiles se están cocinando, coloque la carne de puerco en una sartén con una y media taza de agua y agregar la hoja de laurel. Cocinar a fuego alto hasta que suelte el hervor y después bajar la flama. Cocinar hasta que la carne esta suavecita. Como 20 minutos.
3. Coloca los chiles y el ajo en la licuadora con una taza del líquido donde se cocieron los chiles, comino y orégano. Licúe hasta que se forma una salsa muy tersa.
4. Ya cuando la carne este cocida y suave agregar la salsa a la sartén. Si es necesario usar un colador para vaciar la salsa.
5. Sazonar con sal y pimienta a fuego bajo por unos 10 minutos mas. Después de este tiempo, se formara una capa de grasa en la superficie del guisado la cual puede remover con la ayuda de una cuchara.
Este plato se puede acompañar con arroz y frijoles. Disfrútenlo con unas tortillas calientitas.
